We offer a guarantee against manufacturing defects, but we do not offer returns and exchanges, our products are made on demand (from the moment your payment is confirmed).
We offer a return guarantee for defective products .

If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us.
Production on demand
Our products are produced exclusively on demand, which means they are manufactured as soon as you confirm your purchase. Unlike stock products, which already exist physically, our products are adapted specifically for you, according to your preferences and choices.
When you choose:
- model,
- animal print (illustration),
- size and
- color
on our website and make payment, we start the manufacturing process.
Each print is created from scratch with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Products with some defect
If you notice any problems with the products or anything else with the order, please send a problem report with photos via email: support@i-animals.com
When we receive a returned shipment, an automatic email notification will be sent to you.
Wrong address
Unclaimed shipments
If you have not registered an account on i-animals.com but have added a billing method, you agree that any orders returned due to wrong shipping address or failed shipping claim will not be available for reshipment and will be donated to charities charity at your expense (without us issuing a refund).
“i-animals” does not accept returns of sealed products, such as, but not limited to, face masks, which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. You agree that any orders returned with face masks will not be available for reshipment and will be discarded.
Returned by Customer
Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders due to buyer's remorse.
Returns of any products, as well as changes in size or color, will be at your expense and discretion.
If you choose to exchange sizes or colors, you will need to place a new order at your expense.
Customers residing in Brazil who regret a purchase must contact our Customer Service (email: support@ianimals.com) and express their desire to return the item within 7 calendar days of receipt, providing a photo of item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product has been used or damaged, even partially. In these cases, refund will not be possible.
1. the supply of goods made according to specifications, consumer preferences or clearly personalized;
2. Sealed products that have not been sealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene
Therefore, “i-animals” reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Portuguese or English language, which appears on our website, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
