Summary: Please read these terms very carefully as they form a binding agreement between you and “i-animals” in relation to the use of our services and website. At the beginning of each section, you will find a brief summary to help you navigate the document. Please note that these summaries do not replace or represent the full text.

Welcome to the website or e-commerce platform “i-animals.com” , where services are offered by the company “HF FEELING DESIGN LTDA”, registered with CNPJ nº 04673413000198, located in the city of São Paulo, state of SP, Brazil, represented through this web page that we will call in this term: “i-animais”. The following terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract (this “Agreement”) between you and “i-animals”.

The Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein. We also have other policies and procedures including, without limitation, Shipping, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Delivery and others. These policies contain additional terms and conditions, which apply to the Services and form part of this Agreement. YOUR USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IN ADDITION, BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT AND ARE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Site or any other Services.


1. Access and users


Summary: You must be of legal age to use “i-animals” and are fully responsible for your account and use of our services. If you violate our Terms of Service or act in bad faith, we may modify, cancel or refuse service at any time.

To enjoy all the benefits of “i-animals”, you can register your account and become a user (“User”). Membership requires you to register with the Site (including truthfully filling out all required personal information). You can opt out of marketing and promotional activities, including emails. You may cancel your subscription at any time by canceling your subscription online on the Site. To complete registration, you will be asked to provide a first name, last name, email address and password. You may never use another user’s “i-animals” account without that user’s permission. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and must keep your account password secure. You must notify “i-animals” immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although “i-animals” is not responsible for your losses as a customer caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be responsible for the losses of “i-animals” and others due to such unauthorized and inappropriate use.

“i-animals” may change, suspend or discontinue the Services, Products, fees, charges, terms at any time, including the availability of any product, feature or content. “i-animals” may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict User access to parts or all of the Services without prior notice or liability. If you are an individual (and not an organization or entity), then you certify to “i-animals” that you are at least 18 years of age, however, if you are an individual residing in Japan, you certify to “i- animals” that you are at least 20 years old. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or entity, then you certify that you are legally authorized and permitted to bind such organization or entity to this Agreement and use the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree to assume full responsibility for the selection and use of the Services. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access or use the Services is revoked in such jurisdictions.

2. Modifications

Summary: We reserve the right to modify our terms, services and fees. 

Without affecting orders placed and confirmed by “i-animals”, “i-animals” reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this Agreement and its terms, as well as fees and other charges for our Services , any time. All such modifications will come into effect immediately after “i-animals” publishes them on the Website. You will be responsible for reviewing and familiarizing yourself with all such modifications, and you agree to review the terms of this Agreement each time you access or use the Site so that you are aware of any modifications to this Agreement. Your use of the Site and other Services after “i-animals” posts modifications to the Site constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as modified. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Site or other Services, and you must send “i-animals” written notice, including via email (and your “i-animals” account ” will be deleted), to close your account within 30 days of notice.

3. Content / Copyright

Our copyright policy applies to all content on this “i-animals” website and aims to protect the copyright of the original owners of the content.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including, but not limited to, text, images, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, videos, audio, software and other materials, are protected by intellectual property laws. All copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights relating to these materials are the exclusive property of their original owners.
Use of Content
The use of any content on this site, including copying, reproduction, distribution, transmission, public display, sale or any other form of commercial exploitation, is strictly prohibited without the express permission of the original copyright owners.
Copyright. The original copyright owners of this site respect the copyrights of others and ask that users of the site do the same.
External Links. This website may contain links to other websites that are not controlled by the original copyright owners of this website. We are not responsible for the content of these sites or for any copyright infringement that may occur on these sites. We recommend that you check the copyright policies of any website you access through their own links.

4. Use of services

Summary: By using “i-animals”, you agree to use our services in accordance with our terms and to respect the rights of our brand, registered trademark and digital items. If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services, platforms and integrations subject to this Agreement and the following restrictions in particular:

Do not attempt to harm our systems. You agree not to interfere with or attempt to disrupt our Services, for example, by distributing a virus or other harmful computer code to our platforms, third-party services, or other programs or systems that our customers may use. You agree not to use the Services: (i) to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or reuse any material that does not comply with this Agreement; or (ii) engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm any “i-animals” Party or expose any of them to liability.
Follow brand guidelines. The name “i-animals”, our iconography, phrases, logos and designs that we use in connection with the Products or Services we provide are the proprietary, registered trademarks, service marks or trade dress of “i-animals”. “i-animals” does not grant you any rights to use its trademarks, service marks or commercial image, or copyrighted image. You may represent in connection with the Services or Products provided by “i-animals” that “i-animals” provided such Services or Products. If you use any of our trademarks in reference to our Products or Services, you must include a statement attributing that trademark to us. You must not use any of our trademarks: (i) in whole or in part as your own trademarks; (ii) in connection with activities, Products or Services that are not ours; (iii) in a manner that may be confusing, deceptive or deceptive; or (iv) in a manner that disparages us or our information, Products or Services (including the Site). “i-animals” reserves the right to request that you immediately remove any misused iconography, phrases, logos, images and designs, at our sole discretion.
Share your ideas. We love your suggestions and ideas! They can help us improve your experience and our services. By submitting such ideas and materials to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use and publish such ideas and materials for any purpose, without compensation to you at any time.
Communication methods. “i-animals” will provide you with certain legal information in writing. By using our Services, you agree to our communication methods that describe how we provide this information to you. This simply means that we reserve the right to send you information electronically (via email, etc.) rather than sending you paper copies (it's better for the environment).

Digital Items. Digital items (such as mockups, models, images and other design assets) and texts created in connection with the Products and/or Services we offer and their intellectual property rights belong exclusively to “i-animals”. Use for any purposes, whether personal, commercial or any intention of obtaining profits, is prohibited.

5. Content and Services


Third party services. Our stores on our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control (for example, links to Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest). You may also need to use a product or service from one of our subcontractors or a third party to use some of our Services (such as a compatible mobile device to use our mobile applications). If you access these third-party services, you do so at your own risk. Third parties may require you to accept their own terms of use. The “i-animals” are not part of these agreements; they are solely between you and any third party. You agree that “i-animals” will not be liable to you in any way for your use of these third party services.
Services. “i-animals” is dedicated to making our Services the best possible, but we are not perfect and sometimes problems may occur. You understand that our Services are provided “as is,” with all faults, and without warranties of any kind (express or implied), except the warranties provided with respect to the Products in Section 6 below. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AS WELL AS ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS IMPLIED BY A COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR USAGE OF TRADE, WITH RESPECT TO OUR SERVICES, EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS PROVIDED WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS IN SECTION 6 BELOW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
We do not guarantee that:
• the Services will be secure or available at any specific time or location – “i-animals” will not be responsible for any delays, interruptions or loss of data related to the use of our Site and Services. “i-animals” will endeavor to ensure that the Services are carried out in other locations, if it is not possible to carry them out in the location where the Services were initially intended.
• any errors for which “i-animals” is responsible will be corrected;
• the results of using the Services will meet your expectations.

6. Limited Warranty on Products

Summary: Please read this section very carefully – it covers our obligations and responsibilities for “i-animals” services. If you have a problem with your order you may be entitled to a replacement product or refund, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Limited Warranty
Before returning any product, please read our warranties.

Made-to-order products (demand) .

When you select a model and design on our website, we are ready to begin the manufacturing process.
“Our products are produced exclusively on order/demand, which means they are manufactured from the moment you confirm your purchase. Unlike in-stock products that already exist physically, our products are created specifically for you, based on your specifications, preferences and choices (model, image, illustration, size, color or other applicable characteristics).

You are responsible for the choices and preferences you select in your order. Only after confirming payment for your order will we begin the production process, and from that moment on it CANNOT BE CANCELED.

We guarantee that , at the time the product is delivered to the customer, the product will be free from material (physical) defects or damage (the 'Limited Warranty').
• We do not refund orders due to buyer's remorse.
• Returns of any products, as well as size changes, will be at your expense and discretion.
• If you choose to change the size or color, you will need to place a new order at your expense for a product of a different size or color.

Customers residing in Brazil, if they receive products with a defect, must contact our Customer Service and request an exchange or refund of the item within 7 calendar days after receipt, providing a photo of the item and a description of the problem encountered. After we receive the product, the request will undergo an evaluation to check whether the product has been used or damaged, even partially. In these cases, an exchange or refund will not be possible.

Notification to EU consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be granted:

1. the supply of goods made according to specifications, consumer preferences or clearly personalized;
2. Sealed products that have not been sealed upon delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,

therefore “i-animals” reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion, except product manufacturing defect.

It does not apply to Users resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (see Section 7).

Who can use this guarantee? “i-animals” extends the Limited Warranty only to Users. All Limited Warranty coverage ends if You sell or otherwise transfer a Product.
What does this warranty not cover?This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage to or defect in a Product caused by any of the following: (a) you or any third party; (b) any inappropriate handling (including during transportation), use or storage of the Product; (c) any failure to comply with any Product instructions; (d) any modifications to the Product; (e) any unauthorized repair of the Product; or (f) any external causes, such as accidents, fires, floods, “acts of God” or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control; or (g) any costs or expenses related to loss of use of the Product or any other costs or expenses not covered by this Limited Warranty. 
Finally, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the colors and details in images on our website are 100% accurate representations of a Product, and sizes may, in some cases, be approximate with small differences. Accordingly, this Limited Warranty does not cover such matters.

What is the coverage period? This limited warranty begins on the date of delivery of the Product to You and lasts for thirty (30) consecutive days (the “Warranty Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, “i-animals” recognizes that, according to some jurisdictions, the User may be entitled to a longer or shorter Warranty Period.
What are your remedies under this warranty? With respect to any materially defective or damaged Product, we will, at our sole discretion:
(a) replace such Product (or the defective or damaged part of the Product) free of charge, or
(b) refund the purchase price paid to us by the User, together with the shipping costs corresponding to defective or damaged Products.
How do you get warranty service? Immediately upon delivery of a Product, you will inspect the Product. If a Product is materially defective (including any printing error) or damaged upon receipt, or if you receive the wrong Product, then to be entitled to service under this Limited Warranty you must submit a claim, and subsequently the product, within warranty period in accordance with our Return Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION 6 ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES (AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY) FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL OUR LIABILITY FOR A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT EXCEED THE ACTUAL VALUE RECEIVED BY US FOR THE PRODUCT, NOR UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHALL “I-ANIMALS” BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, DI MINUTE OF VALUE, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, ENHANCED OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OUR PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF (I) WHETHER ANY OF THE FOREGOING DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE, (II) WHETHER OR NOT YOU WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF INCURRING ANY OF THE ABOVE DAMAGES, (III) THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, AND (IV) ANY SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES OF YOU. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

7. Your rights in case of non-compliance

Summary: If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this is where you will find information about what you can do if there is a problem with your order.

If you are a User resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal guarantees established by Directive 1999/44/EC on consumer sales and similar guarantees or regulations on consumer contracts apply to the sale of our products. Consequently, you have the right, free of charge, to obtain repair (or replacement) of the products within the limits provided by law, or, in case of failure to comply with one of the above remedies, to obtain an appropriate reduction in the price of the products or the contract it was canceled. The delivery costs for returning the product to be repaired or replaced under this clause will be borne by “i-animals”, as well as any costs related to the delivery of the repaired or replaced product to the user.

We provide made-to-order/on-demand products (individually produced only after you place your order). If the products we supply to you are:
(1) made to your specification, model, color, size and image or illustration to be applied; or
(2) sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, or both, you do not have the right to cancel your order or change your mind as set out in our Return Policy.

8. Responsibility of members and visitors to the Site

Summary: When using “i-animals” services, it is your responsibility to follow our policies. If you violate our policies, we may restrict or even terminate your access to our services.

Violation of this Agreement or any other rules will result in the termination of your “i-animals” account.

Without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend or terminate our Services and your account, prohibit access to our Site, delay, remove, block or disable Hosted Content, and take technical and legal measures to keep you off the Site if we believe that you are creating problems, causing potential legal liability, violating this Agreement or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for extended periods of time. You are responsible for providing “i-animals” with accurate and truthful information (including, without limitation, your first and last name if you are an individual user or your company name and information if you are a legal entity). If you have provided “i-animals” with inaccurate or false information, (a) you will be liable to “i-animals” for damages and losses (including, without limitation, taxes) arising from such inaccurate or false information, (b ) you shall reimburse such damages and losses (including but not limited to taxes) to “i-animals”, and (c) “i-animals” shall have the right to charge you for such damages and losses (including but not limited to not limited to taxes) and otherwise limit or suspend your access to the Services.

9. Payments and fees

Summary: To pay for “i-animals” services/products, you need a valid payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal) that you are authorized to use. All fees will be charged to your payment method, which may, but is not guaranteed, be updated automatically.

You may choose to save your billing information to use for all future orders and charges associated with “i-animals” Products and/or Services. In such case, you also acknowledge and agree that such information will be stored and processed by third-party service providers in compliance with PCI DSS. ("i-animals" does not store any information directly). “i-animals” partner payment gateways can participate in Account Updater programs. These programs may allow your payment card information to be automatically updated if and when there is a change, such as your payment card number or expiration date. To the extent “i-animals” participates in such programs and your financial institution or payment card provider is a participant, you consent to automatic updates of your payment card information. However, “i-animals” cannot guarantee that such automatic updates will be made, and you also acknowledge that you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that your payment card information is up to date.

When you order a Product or use a Service that has a fee, you will be charged, and you agree to pay, the fees in effect at the time the order is placed. We may change our fees from time to time (for example, when we have holiday promotions, offer you a discount on base product prices, etc.). Fees for Products and Services (if and as applicable) as well as any associated delivery costs will be indicated on the Site when you place an order or pay for the Product or Service. We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our Products or Services for promotional events or new Products or Services, and such changes will take effect when we post the temporary promotional event or new Service on the Site or inform you individually. The sale will be submitted for processing and you will be charged once it is confirmed. You may then receive an email from us.

By placing an order or paying for products or services, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment methods offered and, in the case of card payments, that you are the cardholder or have the express permission of the cardholder to use the card to make the payment. In the event of unauthorized use of a payment method, you will be personally responsible and must reimburse “i-animals” for damages resulting from such unauthorized use.

With respect to payment methods, you represent to “i-animals” that (i) the billing information you provide to us is true, correct and complete and (ii) to the best of your knowledge, charges incurred by you will be honored by your financial institution (including but not limited to your credit card company) or payment service provider.

If you make any return or claim that does not comply with our policies (including the policies described here), you will reimburse “i-animals” for its losses, which consist of fulfillment costs and chargeback processing fees, if applicable. .

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse to provide products or services to anyone at any time in our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

You can choose the display currency from the options available on the website to get an estimate of the exchange rate, but you cannot choose the official conversion currency shown at the final checkout, where all fees and payments will be quoted.
You are responsible for paying all applicable fees, payments and taxes associated with our Site and Services. After receiving your order you will receive an email from us with the details and description of the Products ordered. Payment of the total price plus taxes and delivery must be made in full before dispatch of your Products, excluding customs service taxes (if applicable) , which must be paid by you directly to the responsible organization/agency in your country.

“i-animals”, at its sole discretion, may offer you various discounts, as well as change, suspend or discontinue them at any time. You can find more information about the discounts available on the Website, in marketing and promotional emails or through other channels or events that “i-animals” may use or participate in.

10. Taxes


Summary: You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

Tax costs on products are calculated on the total value of the product presented on the website.

Do not confuse product taxes (federal or local) with import taxes (customs service fees).

Under no circumstances do we include CUSTOMS SERVICE TAX  on our products.

If applied to your order, you must pay directly to local authorities.

11. Shipping

Summary: Once you place an order, you may no longer be able to edit your order details or cancel your order.
If you have any problems shipping your order, please contact us within 30 calendar days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date.
In some cases, it may be necessary to contact the carrier directly.

Once you confirm your order, you may not be able to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, address, etc., check if this option is available in your account. We are not obligated to make such modifications to your order, but will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

Risk of loss, damage and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It will be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if the carrier's tracking indicates that the Product has been delivered. In this case, “i-animals” will not make any refund and will not resend the Product.

For Users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, risk of loss, damage and title to the Products passes to you when you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the Products.

If you have placed an order shipping to Germany, the risk of loss and damage to the Products will pass to you at the exact moment the shipment with the Products crosses the German border ("Time of Risk Transfer"). The legal liability of "i-animals" for loss or damage to Products shipped to Germany only applies if such loss or damage to Products occurs BEFORE the Time of Transfer of Risk.

If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for replacement (or credit to the Member's account) of the lost Product in accordance with the “i-animals” Return Policy. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within a maximum period of 30 consecutive days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to investigation by “i-animals” at its sole discretion.

Important: “i-animals” cannot guarantee delivery to (PO boxes)

12. Description of products

Summary: We strive to make our product development process the best it can be, but we cannot guarantee that product representations on our website are 100% accurate. To speed up service, we also offer similar alternative products if one of your products is out of stock.

Although many components of our Products are standard, all Products available for purchase are described on their specific pages on our Site. We always try to represent each design as accurately as possible through photography.

We have a policy of continuous product development with our partners, so that we can provide what we consider to be the best design combined with the best performance. and therefore, we reserve the right to change the specifications of the Products, their price, packaging and any associated Service at any time without prior notice. Before ordering, we invite you to take a look at the product description and design.

We aim to provide the best images and descriptions, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the colors and details in images on the website are 100% accurate representations of the product and sizes may in some cases be approximate, with minor differences.

"If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock, the product may be replaced, at 'i-animals' discretion, without any explicit notification. We will opt for the most suitable alternative product to avoid delays in fulfillment, unless it is not possible find a comparable product with the same quality."

13. Purchase of products

Summary: To ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible, please ensure you submit the correct order details at checkout. “i-animals” is not responsible for lost deliveries due to typing errors in delivery information.

Your order is the purchase of a product for which you have paid the applicable fee and/or other charges that we accept and receive. Any products from the same order that we do not accept do not form part of this contract. We may choose not to accept any orders at our sole discretion.

Orders are placed and received exclusively through the i-animals.com website. Before placing an order with us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the Products. The recipient's correct name, delivery address and postcode, up-to-date telephone number and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of the Products.

All information requested on the checkout page must be completed accurately and accurately. “i-animals” will not be responsible for lost delivery due to incorrect or incorrectly typed recipient name or surname, delivery address or inappropriate telephone number. It is not possible to change delivery details after placing an order, but if you wish to change the shipping address, telephone number, or any other special requirement, please contact "i-animals" to assess the feasibility of such changes. : email : support@i-animals.com

We reserve the right to cancel your order for security reasons, if we need to confirm your address or in case of other issues. If your order is suspended, we will provide a period of 30 calendar days to resolve the issue. If you do not resolve the problem or cancel your order within 30 calendar days, we will cancel the order. If your order is cancelled, we will only issue a refund if production on your order has not yet started.


14. Delivery


Summary: While we can provide delivery estimates, we cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates. As soon as “i-animals” receives payment for your order (including delivery fees), we produce and pack the order and pass it on to the carrier. This is also the time when you legally become the owner of the products.

We deliver to various places around the world. You will cover delivery costs (except products marked free shipping). Delivery prices are additional to the Product price and may vary depending on the delivery location and/or type of Products, and additional costs may be added to the order for remote or difficult-to-access locations that require special attention. Delivery fee or flat fee options are shown on our checkout page; however, we reserve the right to inform you of any additional delivery charges applicable to your specific delivery address.

Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee the same delivery date for different Products and, to the extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility, other than advising you of any known delay, for Products delivered after the estimated delivery date. The average delivery time can be shown on the Website. It is only an average estimate and some deliveries may take longer or alternatively be delivered much more quickly. All delivery estimates provided when placing and confirming your order may be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and inform you of any changes. We strive to make product delivery as simple as possible, especially when it comes to international deliveries.

16. Compensation

“i-animals” does not assume responsibility for any damages or obligations arising from legal violations, infringements of these terms or third party rights, resulting in legal action. This also covers misrepresentations made by you and any product liability claims.


17. Applicable Law

Summary: If a dispute arises between us, we will apply the laws of the city of São Paulo/SP, Brazil to resolve it — unless you, as a consumer, reside in Locations where other consumer laws apply such as the US we will apply the laws of the State of North Carolina. For residents of the  European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, in this case, we will follow the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

This Agreement, and all disputes and claims arising from or related to this Agreement or its subject matter or formation, including non-contractual disputes and claims, are governed by  the laws of the city of São Paulo/SP, Brazil , regardless of its conflict of laws. rules. These laws will apply regardless of where you live or are located in the world, but if you are a User residing in the USA  the laws of the State of North Carolina will apply, but if you reside in the  European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom United Kingdom, the laws of the Republic of Latvia will apply to any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement, including the above-mentioned choice of law provision, affects your rights as a User resident in the US, European Economic Area or Switzerland to rely on any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.

18. ARBITRATION AND JURY TRIAL DELIVERY

Summary: Any legal dispute involving our products or services (except as defined below) will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules in this Section. By using our services, you waive any right to a jury trial or class actions.

“Disputes” means all disputes and claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or its subject matter or formation, including non-contractual disputes and claims, excluding only claims under the Limited Warranty and claims brought by Users residing in the USA, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or Users in the United Kingdom against “i-animals” in the European Economic Area or in the courts of England and Wales. All Disputes will be finally resolved by final and binding arbitration, using the Brazilian Portuguese language.

By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree that if there is any legal hearing related to such transactions, it will take place exclusively in São Paulo, SP, Brazil. Furthermore, you expressly waive any other location in the world, however privileged, as a competent forum for such legal actions. If “i-animals” deems it more appropriate in its sole and exclusive discretion, in certain cases, it may resort to the Rules of the International Dispute Resolution Center. Any arbitration proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis, and the court will not be permitted to resolve class disputes, class actions or claims of more than a single claimant, except in cases where a single proceeding is necessary

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND “i-animals” KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, IRREVOCABLY AND ABSOLUTELY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL OF ANY AND ALL DISPUTES (AS DEFINED ABOVE). THIS JURY TRIAL WAIVER IS MADE INTENTIONALLY AS YOU AND “i-animals” PREFER TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES (AS DEFINED ABOVE) AS PROVIDED BY THIS SECTION 18. THIS JURY TRIAL WAIVER IS A MATERIAL INDUCTION TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. FURTHERMORE, YOU AND “i-animals” KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, IRREVOCABLY AND ABSOLUTELY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION OR OTHER FORM OF JOINT DISPUTE RESOLUTION WITH OTHER PARTIES.

'i-animals' will not be held liable to you, nor be deemed to be in default or breach of this Agreement, for any failure or delay in performing 'i-animals' obligations under this Agreement, where such failure or delay is caused by or result from acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such acts or circumstances include, but are not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, governmental action, war, invasion or hostilities, national emergency, explosion, terrorist threat or act, riots or other civil disturbances, insurrection, epidemic , lockout, strike or other labor dispute (whether related to our workforce or not), inability or delay in obtaining supplies, telecommunications failure or power outage.

You represent that you are of legal age in your country to comply with this Agreement.

In order to ensure comprehensive customer support and increase the quality of the service provided, "i-animals" reserves the right to access the accounts of customers or users in the capacity of customer, as established under the terms of the "i-animals" Privacy Policy i-animals".


If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will be enforced. In our sole discretion, we may assign this Agreement upon notice to you. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or a third party does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. “i-animals”, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to transfer or assign this Agreement or any right or obligation under this Agreement at any time, including the right to engage third-party manufacturing services to perform any Services. If you are a User in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and such transfer or assignment may reduce your warranties under this Agreement, then “i-animals” will request your permission in advance.
